• Joomla! CMS

  • Must know how to:

    • Use cPanel (instal MySQL DB, setup email etc)

    • Install & Configure Joomla

    • Configure basic applications in Joomla like editors etc.

    • Have Expert knowledge in Virtuemart

    • Have Expert Knowledge in Acajoom

    • Have Expert Knowledge in Membership management (Financial)

    • Know how to set up and use iDev Direct Affiliate

    • Know how to use Adobe Dreamweaver & Fireworks.
      

• SaaS Programming & Open Source Integration.

  • Any of these like

    • OpenERP

    • ProjectPier

    • SugarCRM

    • etc
      

• Linux Administrators with cPanel/WHM experience

  • Admins who can truly RUN cPanel Servers
    

• Custom Theme creation for any php/MySQL set up (Joomla, WHMCS, WP etc.)

  • Designers who can code CSS etc – your designs must be of VERY high Quality.
    

• Copy-writing

  • If you cant spell dont apply for this one – we are looking for those with a flare for Sales Copy
    

• Web and email marketing.

  • Search Engine Optimisation

  • Video Marketing

  • Email Marketing

  • You must have a passion!

We value demonstration of talent through a portfolio of past work and understanding and use of current technology and trends far more than qualifications. We do not value spoken words and no proof. There are many people out there who say they can do things – but once tested have low quality knowledge of the technologies we use everyday!

At this time we can offer entry into our group to anyone worldwide who can demonstrate experience in their field.

Outside of these requirements, there is no formal application process, so it is up to you to impress us with your talent and creativity.

We offer work under the following arrangements

Freelance.

Most of our team will commence as freelance designers or developers. Freelancers are engaged on a project-by-project basis, are fully involved with the development life-cycle. As with all of our team, freelancers are free to pursue other sources of work while working with us.

Team

Team members are engaged on a similar basis to freelancers, but also receive the following benefits;

• Retainer and hardware allowance, in return for availability guarantees.

• SaaS and other application provisions.

• Email address and phone extension for business and personal communications.

Consultant

Consultants may be engaged as a team member on either full time or contract basis. As well as performing design or development tasks and receiving the benefits of a team member, a consultant will also be responsible for project management; working with clients to develop and manage end to end solutions.
