Our four phase project management structure makes the process of getting your business online easy for you!

Basic Needs

1. 1. A Domain Name - Your unique name on the internet (www.YourName.com.au). We can organise this for you if needed.

   2. Web Hosting - This is a physical place where your site is stored – we provide this.

   3. Logo & Colour Scheme - This gives the feel and unique look to the site (We can do this if you don't already have it!)

   4. Content - This is the information that you want shown your website. You can write your own or we can help you with this.

The Faith Computing Preparation Guide

Step One - Research and Planning

In this first stage, we consult you, ask you questions and record as much information on what your needs are regarding the future project. Once we have a real understanding of the project, we then speak with you about which methods we would suggest and how far we can take the project on your behalf. We then go away and spend hours researching the business area, client demographics, google trend and keyword research to see how much demand there is for your product or service. Once we have all the information needed, we then go to work on planning the site, marketing and future maintenance of the site. This is much like creating a business plan as it ensures a higher likeliness of success!

Step Two - Design, Foundation and Expense Forecasting

In the second stage, we discuss the design aspect of your site, with our aim being to make it pleasing to the eye. This includes corporate logos, colour advice and other related services.
We also do the financial forecasting for the whole project- whether it be a simple website or a complete eMarketing Strategy, we are very serious about getting it right and budgeting the project correctly in order to have full control over the process. We also arrange the setting up of web hosting related products and services including domain name, hosting, SSL Certificates etc.

Step Three - Building Infrastructure and Execution Preparation

In our third stage, we do the building work needed that is foundational to your site's success. We configure all the settings for your new site and any associated accounts online which would be used for the project. We also prepare the content and other major factors of the plan for execution, as this enables us to sit back once we launch the project and time things to work like the perfect domino effect.

Step Four - Execute Complete Plan (Short term or Long Term)

In our fourth stage, we study our plan and work to timings associated. This plan may be a one day plan of a simple site launch or it may be a six month Launch Sequence aimed at exciting our potential clients in a way that creates anticipation for the opening day (which can create a crazy consumer rush).

Other Possible Fees

These fees could be ongoing hosting fees, domain renewal fees and SSL Certificate fees. They are normal fees to pay when you own a website. SSL Certificate is only used when you need secure areas of the website because of financial transactions etc.

Related Marketing Costs (Online and Offline)

These are expenses associated with ongoing marketing, either online or off-line, and may be included in stage two expense forecasting.
